Detached house with a flower shop in Vídeň
Prudek, Michal ; Uvízlová, Martina (referee) ; Štěpánek, Ladislav (advisor)
This thesis describes the development of design and blueprints for a new 2-flat house including a floristry shop in Vídeň. The house is to be situated in a sparsely populated part of Vídeň. The house is to be a three-storey building partly covered by a mono-pitched (or arched) roof. The ground floor is partially under the ground level and serves for non-living purposes whilst being used as a floristry and storage area. Design and blueprints of the cellar area are not developed in this thesis with consideration of the height of the ground floor area. First and second floors serve as two separate living areas accessible from a shared central access area. Architectonic solution and layout of the building is reached with consideration of the architecture trend of surrounding urban area and cardinal directions of the adjacent land.
